Dr. Murphy’s interests in veterinary medicine are dairy medicine and beef production, and she also enjoys working with companion animals.
Kathryn grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine, in May 2014. Although her love for animals initially attracted her to veterinary medicine, she really enjoys working with producers and pet owners.
Kathryn lives on a dairy, beef, and crop farm outside of Utica with her husband, Jordan, and 4 children, Dakota, McKenna, Addyson, and Cameron. She also shares her home with 2 dogs, Mila and Opie, and 3 cats, Bonnie, Gloria, and Shadow. When not at work, Kathryn enjoys spending quality time with family, hiking, and trying out new recipes.
